Types of stand
We can offer you the following types of stand:

 

• A row stand is situated between 2 other stands, with the front of the stand on the aisle. The minimum size for a row stand is 12 sq.m.
• A corner stand with 2 sides on the aisle. The minimum size for a corner stand is 12 sq.m.
• An end-of-block stand is located at the beginning or end of a row with 3 sides on the aisle. The minimum size for an end-of-block stand is 30 sq.m.
• An island stand is entirely surrounded by aisles or other freely accessible space such as a pavement café or exhibition space. The minimum size for an island stand is 60 sq.m.

Early booking discount
If you register before 20 June 2012 a lower fee per sq.m. applies. Book early to benefit form this offer! Plus early registration means more choice of locations at the exhibition.

A-location/Exposure Zone
An Exposure Zone will be developed on the fairs which will attract particular attention from visitors because of its central location at the fair, for example near the entrance or on the central walking route. You can choose a stand in the Exposure Zone. We will then charge you a surcharge of € 8,- per sq.m. based on the high level of interest your presence in this zone will attract.

Combination discount
If you register for Beauty Trade special and Beauty Salon dimensions at the same time, you will receive a combination discount of € 7,50 per sq.m. per fair.

Volume discount
If your stand is more than 30 sq.m., you will receive a volume discount. Up to 30 sq.m. the basic rate for the relevant type of stand (in the applicable booking period) applies, from 31 to 100 sq.m. you will be charged € 4,00 less per sq.m., and for the number of sq.m. over and above 100, you will receive a discount of € 8,00 per sq.m.

Example volume discount

Volume discount is effective from 31 sq.m. (€ 4,00/sq.m. discount) and from 101 sq.m. (€ 8,00/sq.m. discount). If your stand is 150 sq.m. you will receive a discount of € 680,00.

The discount is established as follows:

0-30 sq.m.: no discount
31-100 sq.m.: € 4,00/sq.m. discount (70 sq.m. x € 4,00 = € 280,00)
101 sq.m. and more: € 8,00/sq.m. discount (50 sq.m. x € 8,00 = € 400,00)
The total amount of volume discount is: € 280,00 + € 400,00 = € 680,00

Basic package
Each exhibitor automatically uses certain services included in the basic package. We automatically carry out a number of services per exhibitor at registration (for example administration and taking out a Personal Liability Insurance policy). You are also entitled to use a number of other services, which contribute to a well-prepared and successfully organised exhibition.

The basic package for Beauty Salon dimensions consists of:

• administration costs
• personal liability insurance
• inclusion in the (digital) catalogue
• publicity and media campaign
• press module
• market research/visitor survey
• market research into the level of visitor enthusiasm and readiness to invest.

The basic package costs € 250,- per exhibitor and is compulsory for participation in Beauty Salon dimensions. If you are taking part in both Beauty Trade special an Beauty Salon dimensions, you will be charged only once for the cost of the basic package.

Standbuilding construction
For exhibitors requiring a ready-made stand, we offer a choice of packages: basic stand building and luxury stand building. The stand will be completely built by us. All you need to do is decide how best to display your products! Click here for more information.

Sound amplification
It is not allowed to play music in the stand. Only when you give a demonstration you may make use of sound equipement for giving an oral explication. The maximum noise level permitted in the aisles is
75dB(A).

Direct selling
Direct selling during the fair is permitted, but there is a restriction. The part of your stand geared towards direct selling must not exceed 20% of the surface area of the stand. We will ask you to send in a stand floor plan at a later stage, on which you have indicated what space will be set up for direct selling during the fair. An external agency will check this during the fair.
